In a previous office we had a crudely drawn poster with KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid!) on I had done up to remind the new starter that simplicity is key.
Note: Normally I'd enjoy to see peoples ideas go wild but when working on a legacy system its all about fire fighting and making changes that pass the 2am test (a horrific notion that we'd have to come in in the middle of the night to fix something if the system went down).
Posters like this aren't just for new people but to remind yourself of tips. So go grab some off the internet and make your office look like a teenagers bedroom... of tech.
What is more important: User experience or content?
