Some nice little additions to mvc 6 but the main attraction that mvc and web api have now merged. I don't think anyone is amazed by this. They were identical.
Another thing to point out is the use of areas, "Areas are a way to group controllers, models, and views." meaning you can have all your account management under one path without having to bother with making a route.
All looks good. Never end up having a problem with the asp.net team. They always come out with great stuff.
As part of ASP.NET vNext, the MVC, Web API, and Web Pages frameworks are being merged into one framework, called MVC 6.
